This top is from the s/s 2009 collection "Fractics".
It's a must have for this summer and can be worn to any occasion.
The fluent pleats give it an elegant touch while on the other hand the hood gives it a street feeling.
The hood is attached by cord going through the top, used as closure on the front of the top. You can tighten it up more or less giving it the look you want.
Too much skin for you? Just wear it with a simple top underneath.
